The fleet

12 to 57 seats, with a driver.

Our charter fleet in Sydney runs from 12 to 57 seats. Every vehicle over 12 adult seats in NSW is operated under Bus Operator Accreditation and inspected under the Heavy Vehicle Inspection Scheme. Beyond that baseline, the differences that affect your day are size, access and seatbelts — whether you need coach hire in Sydney or mini bus hire in Sydney.

The three tiers

Mini bus, midi coach and coach hire in Sydney.

Beyond the shared baseline of accreditation and Heavy Vehicle Inspection Scheme maintenance, the differences that affect your day are size, access and seatbelts.

01 Mini buses available for charter in Sydney

Mini buses

12 – 24 seats

Mercedes-Benz Sprinters, Toyota Coasters and Mitsubishi Rosas. The right call when the group is small enough that a full coach would be dead weight — and when the pickup is a narrow driveway, a hotel porte-cochère or a Bondi side street a 57-seater can't enter.

  • Air conditioning throughout
  • Rear or trailer luggage on most vehicles
  • Fits standard height-limited car parks on select vehicles
  • 13+ seats requires an LR-licensed driver — ours hold it
02 Midi coaches available for charter in Sydney

Midi coaches

25 – 35 seats

Our most-booked size. School excursions, sporting teams, conference shuttles and mid-size weddings. Big enough to move a whole group in one vehicle, small enough to turn around in a school driveway or a cellar-door car park.

  • Seatbelt-equipped vehicles available on request
  • Reclining seats and overhead storage
  • Underfloor luggage on most vehicles
  • PA system for guides and coordinators
03 Full-size coaches available for charter in Sydney

Full-size coaches

36 – 57 seats

Conferences, large weddings, multi-day tours and interstate runs. Lowest cost per seat of anything we operate — if you can fill it, it is almost always the cheapest way to move the group.

  • Onboard restroom on selected vehicles
  • PA and entertainment system
  • Large underfloor luggage capacity
  • Suited to Blue Mountains, Hunter and Canberra day runs
Choosing

How to pick the right size for your Sydney charter.

Count the people, then add nothing. Charter is priced per vehicle. Booking a 57-seat coach for 30 people costs you the coach price and buys you nothing. Booking a 24-seat mini bus for 26 people costs you a second vehicle. Give us the real number.

Check the access before the seats. The most common reason a booking goes wrong in Sydney is not vehicle size on paper — it is a venue driveway, a height-limited car park, a cul-de-sac or a coach zone that a full-size vehicle physically cannot use. Tell us the exact pickup and drop addresses and we will check them.

Ask about seatbelts explicitly. Under the NSW Road Rules a bus is treated differently from a car, and not every charter vehicle in the state is seatbelt-equipped. Where belts are fitted they must be worn. If your school policy, your workplace policy or your highway route requires a fully seatbelted vehicle, make that a stated requirement in your enquiry rather than an assumption.

Luggage is a separate question from seats. A 24-seat mini bus with 24 people and 24 suitcases is not a 24-seat job — it is a coach job, or a mini bus plus a trailer. Airport and cruise work is where this bites hardest.

Accessibility

Wheelchair and mobility access on Sydney charters.

We have wheelchair-accessible vehicles available and can arrange lift-equipped coaches for larger groups. Access requirements need to be raised at enquiry stage, not on the day — accessible vehicles are a limited part of the Sydney fleet and they get booked out first. Tell us the number of wheelchairs, whether they are manual or powered, and whether passengers will transfer to a seat.

Not sure which size you need?

Send us the headcount, the addresses and the times. We will tell you the cheapest vehicle that actually does the job.
