The twelve above are what we get asked for most, not the limit of what we do. Office relocations, film and production unit moves, mine and construction site crew transport, funeral transport, community and aged-care outings, church and club groups, university faculty trips, wholesale supply to tour operators and inbound agents — all normal charter work.
Multi-part jobs are where a single operator earns its keep. A conference that needs airport transfers on Monday, a venue shuttle Tuesday and Wednesday, an offsite dinner run Thursday and a departure transfer Friday is one booking with one contact here, not five suppliers and five invoices.

- Tell us the shape of the job. Pickup suburb, destination, times, passenger numbers, and anything unusual about access. The last one matters more than people expect.
- We quote per vehicle. Written, itemised, with inclusions and exclusions listed. If a smaller vehicle or a two-way transfer instead of hourly hire would save you money, we will say so.
- You confirm. A deposit secures the date; the balance falls due before travel. Terms are in writing before you pay anything.
- We allocate and brief. Vehicle and driver assigned, route checked for coach restrictions, and your contact number on the run sheet.
- On the day. Driver contact details go to your coordinator in advance, so nobody is calling a switchboard at 6am.
We do charter. Our sister company does touring.
What we sell is the vehicle and the driver. You set the route, the stops and the timings, and we get your group there — anywhere in Sydney and the surrounding regions.
If what you actually want is a packaged, guided tour with the itinerary, commentary and bookings already arranged, that is a different product and our sister company runs it properly. Cooee Tours is part of the same family business and has been operating since 1974.
