Pricing depends on vehicle size, duration, distance, and date. As a rough guide, mini buses start around $150–$200 per hour, midi coaches $180–$250, and large coaches $220–$300. Day rates and multi-day packages offer better value. Get a specific quote by filling in the form below or calling us.
As early as possible for peak periods — December weddings, January holidays, major sporting events. For everyday charters, 24–48 hours is often enough, subject to availability. If you're not sure, call us.
The vehicle, a professional driver, fuel, Sydney-area tolls, and comprehensive insurance. Some venues charge parking fees, which aren't included. For multi-day tours, we'll quote with or without driver accommodation depending on what you prefer.
Yes. Non-alcoholic food and drinks are welcome on all vehicles. Alcohol is permitted on private adult charters (not school trips) with responsible consumption. We just ask you help keep the bus clean.
We have wheelchair-accessible vehicles in the fleet. Let us know about accessibility requirements when you book so we can assign an appropriate vehicle.
